We have an exciting opportunity for Recruitment Assistants and Recruitment Administrators to join our expanding Internal Recruitment Team with part time and full-time roles available.

Sitting within our Sales HR team, reporting directly into the HR Manager and working closely with our wider team you will support the recruitment function by contributing to the smooth running of our busy recruitment operation.

This is a very varied role with lots of opportunity to expand your knowledge and progress within the company. Both roles will be responsible for delivering an exceptional recruitment service to the business in addition to the following:

Recruitment Administrator

As a Recruitment Administrator you will;

* Create and post well optimised job adverts using our online recruitment system.
* Find passive candidates by conducting CV searches on the major job boards databases.
* Review applications for suitable skills and experience against set criteria.

The role will also involve data entry of candidate details and updating candidates with the progress of their applications, responding to emails and issuing rejection letters.

Recruitment Assistant

As a Recruitment Assistant you will;

* Be our first point of contact with all candidates, creating a friendly and professional impression
* Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate's suitability against set criteria
* Progress suitable applications to interviews and liaising with our managers to arrange these

You will also treat all inbound enquiries with understanding, care and attention, ensuring that the caller has their query resolved each time. The role also requires some data entry and logging recruitment activity with the use of recruitment trackers.

What are we looking for

For both roles we believe attitude is the most important thing as we're confident we can train you on the rest. We are looking for organised team players with experience of working within a similar role. The successful candidates will have excellent time management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills and high levels of attention to detail. You will also be a competent IT user with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
