This role has amazing commissions and career progression...I'm looking for hungry, persuasive, determined, and fearless b2b sales executives who consider themselves natural sales people. If you want to earn serious commission, I'm looking for people who want to learn, receive training, and have serious career progression and earning potential for an exciting, young online peer to peer professional networking and summits business in Wembley.

They're based on the doorstep of the stadium.

This is a fast paced, buzzing, highly rewarding sales position with excellent commission in addition to the basic salary.

Positions available are delegate sales, subscription/membership sales or sponsorship sales.

Description:

You'll receive full training and mentoring, on the sales process and product, but you'll need to have the drive, persuasive skills, determination and hunger to persist.

This business is a fast growing, and unique peer to peer events/conference and content driven community, bringing together a community within the HR industry to work through ideas, business challenges and organisational problems.

Bespoke, senior level networking events bring together directors to learn and demo out new ideas and relevant solutions by providing a biannual main event for their community that debates the critical and future topics that are currently effecting the world of work.

They bring new ideas and challenges to HR and the world of work. As people and technologies working together transform the organisation further, their community convenes the debate on how the HR Director needs to reorganize the people function for future business success.

Their meetings, summits, and bespoke offerings, debate and challenge their exclusive, senior level community to think and deliver the people strategy of their business differently.

They only work with experts and partner with organisations with the same forward thinking approach. Their people strive to match the needs of our community to the needs of our partners.

The role:

Due to growth, they are looking to expand their community membership and conference delegate or Sponsorship sales team with fearless, hungry and articulate sales people to pitch new business over the phone to senior decision makers within HR, so for example HR Directors and Senior HR Managers as delegates and potential members to their leading summits and online exclusive peer to peer platform, or HR solutions providers to participate as exclusive sponsorship partners.

You will receive training in all aspects of the product and role, but most importantly, will already have no fear of a past faced, cold calling sales environment and the hungry, resilient attitude and work ethic to go with it, not taking no for an answer.

You will be researching and prospecting senior level HR professionals and pitching senior decision makers within these businesses to be part of their exclusive member only peer to peer networking community, or exclusive conferences, providing them with paralleled opportunities to access content, knowledge and meet with HR professionals in an exclusive closed door environment.
