Are you looking for a fulfilling role in care, working regularly with customers and helping them stay independent, in their own homes?

We are looking for full-time and part-time care and support workers, with or without care experience, to work various shifts from 7am – 10pm Monday to Friday and alternate weekends, in the Pemberton area. We’ll train and support you, so you can confidently deliver a great service. You’ll develop a bond with your customers, which will help you to assist them with tasks and keep an eye on their health and well-being. You will need to be a driver with access to a car, to travel between customers. We welcome existing or friends double up teams, for our two-handed care worker customers.

You’ll be helping your customers with personal care, such as;

Getting up and ready for the dayWashingDressingBathingToiletingGetting ready for bedAnd practical tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, tidying, meal preparation and cooking, doctor’s appointments and shopping.

We will support you with:

You’ll be fully supported with practical and emotional help from our friendly office based teams and free training and supervision, to help you confidently deliver care. We have a career development plan and the opportunity to study in-house qualifications in Care. Carewatch support all of our staff in their ability to excel and achieve and are always looking for Care Workers who want to progress further in the future.

This role is subject to a DBS check and you will need to provide proof of a full UK driving licence and your right to reside and work in the UK.
