A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an PA / Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to join a successful recruitment agency and assist with general recruitment activities on a full or part time basis:-

Basic Salary £17,000 to £20,000 with £3000 Bonus related to company performance

Once training has been completed the role can be mixed with office based & / or working from home.

PA / Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer’s Core Duties

  • Answering telephone calls, taking messages and filtering calls
  • Sending emails
  • Search and selection of candidates using a variety of different methods
  • Reviewing CVs and Identifying suitable candidates
  • Uploading Job descriptions to numerous jobs boards
  • Updating and maintaining recruitment diaries
  • Arranging Interviews
  • Carrying our PA duties for the MD and General Administrative tasks
  • Updating Company Websites & Social Media
  • Maintaining and updating checklists & databases
  • PA / Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer’s /Requirements

  • Excellent IT & English Skills
  • A- C Grade GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English & ICT.
  • Experience carrying out Administration
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good experience with MS Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure when needed
