Do you have a solid compliance background but have reached a point in your career where you wouldn't mind reduced, flexible hours per week? Would you be interested in joining a market leading insurance Broker who have one of the best names in the region?

We are currently partnered with a growing and very reputable insurance Broker who are offering an individual the opportunity to join the business as a Compliance Manager on a part-time basis. (Flexibility in this which can be discussed at interview).

Your new business:

This long-standing insurance Broker set up over 40 years ago and still remain a family-run business through that time. Their heritage and successs are important to them but they recognise that there is always room for improvement and innovation!

The role:

You will ensure you provide a low risk, compliant environment for the business to operate within and be responsible for the compliance manuals, policies and procedures and the deployment of these into the business.

As a key member of senior management you will be a responsible for all matters of compliance, ensuring the business maintains the highest possible compliance standard, policies, monitoring and controls

The package:

Being an integral part of this business, you should be rewarded properly. Our client offers a basic salary up to £40,000 + an array of company benefits including a generous holiday entitlement (34 days inc. of bank holidays), free car parking on site, opportunity to study towards insurance qualifications and earn bonus.

We are considering candidates from the following locations: Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Hertfordshire.
