The position, offers the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to join the team at one of our flagship luxury homes. Nightingale Hall was previously home to the British Army, serving as the officers mess for the Green Howards, now known as the Yorkshire Regiment. A Grade II listed building of considerable historical value.

The role

We have a number of Care Team leader opportunities to cover day and nights. The role reporting to the Home Manager involves; effective supervision and leadership of a team of carers to deliver person centred care, building professional relationships with key internal and external personnel, clear precise documentation, training and mentoring, medication management and administration.

The ideal candidate would be

    Empathetic and passionate about delivering excellent care,Have good communication, organisation and leadership skills.You must be calm, flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.Trained to NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or had prior experience of nursing or home management.
