At Tribal we are committed to empowering the world of education. One of the ways that we achieve this vision is through the delivery of education improvement programs across the globe with our Quality Assurance Solutions (QAS) division.
As a Bid Support Executive, you will join the Quality Assurance Solutions division which focuses on education improvement and holds a number of high profile contracts, delivering key education quality assurance programmes in the UK, US and Middle East. The role of the Bid Support Executive will support QAS by ensuring that we remain well placed to continue to attract, tender for and deliver great contracts.
As a Bid Support Executive, your administration and communication skills will be well utilised! If you can demonstrate exemplary communication, organisation and prioritisation skills, along with a positive attitude and the motivation to succeed then this would be a great role for you.
Working closely with the rest of the Bid team as well as with wider teams from the QAS business, your day to day tasks will be varied. Some of your tasks will include:
- Providing a central point of research and support for the recording of EOI, PQQ and ITT opportunities
- Maintaining opportunity records in our CRM, Salesforce
- Producing bid and pipeline reports, bid collateral and case studies
- Maintaining records relating portal and framework listings
- Sourcing information required in support of the various stages of the bid process
- Providing support during bid development, including editing formatting CVs, and lodging tender queries
- Assisting in market research including competitor intelligence and market sector analysis to inform business development and sales.
The successful candidate will be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and previous experience of Salesforce or a similar CRM system is highly desirable.
The ability to collate, evaluate and summarise information from a wide range of sources is a must along with the ability to work under pressure to demanding deadlines whilst producing high quality output and demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a ‘right first time’ approach.
Excellent relationship building skills are also required as well as the ability to work independently. You will be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong administration, planning and organisation capabilities. Knowledge and experience of sales and bid management and an understanding of public sector procurement would be an advantage but is by no means essential.
