You don’t have to be a miracle worker although that would be great. You don’t even need previous experience, as you’ll benefit from an industry leading induction and training programme. You just need to be extraordinary and make each and every day extraordinary for the people we support!

At SeeAbility we provide extraordinary services that transform the lives of people living with autism and other disabilities. Our mission is to champion and deliver ambitious outcomes alongside the people we support, enabling the achievement of individual goals each and every day.

As a support worker your contribution will be invaluable. Supporting the manager, deputy manager and other team members you’ll work as a team to provide support to 6 individuals living in their own homes in a purpose build development in Bicester. Through skillful interactions and involvement in person centred planning and partnership working you’ll work with them and their families, to provide excellent, person centred support, which is both safe, maximises choice and control and identifies outcomes that improve the quality of their everyday life.

You’ll need to be patient and calm under pressure as well as sociable, caring and supportive but above all you’ll want to make a difference. You’ll seek new ways of working by thinking outside of the box and being creative with solutions and will take personal responsibility for the quality of care and support delivered to the people we support, striving to always do what is right by them.

So apart from transforming lives what’s in it for you? You’ll benefit from working with an exceptional team, an outstanding induction and training programme as well as on-going development with the opportunity to gain formal qualifications. We also offer flexible working options, long service and recognition awards, employee assistance programme, child care and eye care vouchers and company pension and life assurance schemes. And we don’t expect you to take your work home with you at the end of the day, in fact it’s illegal!

To apply please submit your CV and a covering letter outlining your interest in the role and relevant experience and skills via email by clicking the button below or come and see as at our open day on Wednesday the 25th of April from 11 – 4pm at John Paul II Centre, The Causeway, Bicester.
