**PA/ Personal Assistant - £12.50 ph PAYE - 6 month contract - Leading Defence Organisation - Chelmsford, Great Baddow**

Our client is a leading defence company based in Great Baddow, who are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant who will be providing support to a Director and their team.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be accountable for pro-active duplicate diary management of the Director and the Management teams. You will be responsible for dealing with all correspondence, phone calls, post and distributing appropriately, coordinating domestic and international travel on behalf of the Directors including accommodation, transfers and necessary VISAs. You will be required to generate and manage all meeting invites on and off site as well as any corporate events.
Assist in management of monthly business reviews, taking minutes and chasing actions, processing expenses, timesheets and being point of contact for collection of distribution of payslips. Provide remote holiday and sickness cover 2 days a week for a Part time PA in Guildford, and also you will provide administrative assistance to adhoc group projects.

Experience required for this role:
Experience of providing PA support to Senior Directors and their teams, ideally within large corporate, Defence organisations or similar environments
Familiar with full administrative support such as diary management, international travel and/or event coordination
Ability to manage a very busy workload in a fast paced environment and to form good working relationships with various team members
Some exposure to supporting on-going projects would be desirable
Exceptional communication skills - ability to liaise with personnel and clientele at all levels
Excellent writing and presentational skills
Strong understanding of MS Office suites including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Use of Workspace or SharePoint or any similar packages is advantageous
If successful in this role you will be subject to a standard BPSS check
