Supported Housing Lettings Officers
Salary: £26,120 - £39,179 per annum pro rata
Vacancy Type: Permanent Full Time & Part TimeHours of Work: 35 hours per week (FT) / 17.5 hours per week (PT)
Location: Stratford, London
Based in Stratford London, you will be responsible for working alongside your housing colleagues to ensure the lettings process runs smoothly. You will be a hardworking individual who has experience of arranging the sign up of new tenancies and managing the voids process in partnership with the relevant housing officers, support staff, Local Authorities and Adult Social Care services.You should also have excellent communication and report writing skills, with a proven background of working with complex IT and housing systems.You will need to be passionate about providing excellent customer service to our customers and other stakeholders. Whilst normal office working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, occasional out of hours working may be required to meet the needs of our customers. At L&Q Living we love to develop our people.
