An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to work within our busy Teacher Education and Staff Development Team based at our St Margaret's Campus. You will be responsible for the administration of all teacher education and staff development activities for the College.
You will have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team, have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
Duties include organising internal and external training events and activities, prioritising and processing all requests and applications, and monitoring of systems and processes.
You will also contribute to the promotion and marketing of staff development activities for the College, maintaining and updating the Staff Development SharePoint site and liaising with the Human Resources Department where appropriate.
Administration experience is essential, along with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. You will have experience of using Microsoft Office and will have good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
A minimum Level 2 in English and Maths (GCSE Grade C or GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent) qualifications are essential along with recent and relevant experience in an office environment.
