Business Support Assistant - Leeds City College

Part Time, Permanent, 27 hours per week
We are seeking an administrator to work with our experienced Adult, Community and ESOL Department. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service to our students and other stakeholders, we would love to meet you.
The role requires you to have:
Good organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and multi task
IT skills and willingness to learn new skills
Good customer service
Deacon House: 27 hours
Monday: 10:30 till 16:30 (6 hours)
Tuesday: 08:30 till 14:30 (6 hours)
Wednesday: 08:30 till 16:30 with 30 minutes lunch break (7.5 hours)
Thursday: 12:30 till 20:30 with 30 minutes tea break (7.5 hours)
