Administration Officer - West Herts College
We are looking for a dynamic, organised and positive person to fill a full time role we have available.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic person to join our busy Administrative team, helping to provide an outstanding service to our students and staff. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support including the provision of Learner Support Funding to students experiencing financial difficulty. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to help students in a positive and encouraging manner throughout their time in College.
This job role will include liaising with all College departments and engaging with a diverse range of students, so excellent customer service skills are of the highest importance. You will be able to work collaboratively in a team and also able to work independently, using your own initiative. You will also provide administrative support to the college Principal and Directors.
The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, be educated to at least Level 3 or have gained the equivalent knowledge through experience in a similar role. The post holder will be based at Watford campus but will be required to travel to any of our three campuses as needed. Occasional Saturday and evening work is required.
