Group Administrator - Activate Learning
Activate Learning Group aims to be inspirational and innovative, to foster personal development through learning and to be of value and economic significance to our communities. As part of this, we would like to recruit a Group Administrator who will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to internal clients within the Activate Learning Group and ensuring that all outbound communications are consistent, brand compliant and contribute to an excellent customer service.
The role is varied as you'll be communicating with parents, students, prospective students as well as colleagues, offer administrative support at open days, award ceremonies as well as other college events. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, literate, and have excellent attention to detail.

This is a Term Time only role (working 40 weeks), 30 hours per week. The post holder will be based at our Blackbird Leys campus.
