Our UK 6 month paid Returner placement programme provides you with projects that match your specialist expertise, interests, and abilities. A focus of our program is training, coaching and development, as well as networking events. For successful participants, we offering opportunities at the following locations: our Engine Business in Darlington (County Durham), our Turbo Technologies business in Huddersfield (West Yorkshire) and our Power Systems businesses in Daventry (Northamptonshire) and Manston (Kent).

Skills/Experience/Program Criteria:

  • Passion for learning and desire to return to a permanent engineering role.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Physics, Maths Degree or Engineering related degree, or equivalent vocational qualification

  • Ideally 5 years of experience in an engineering role, the engine technology industry, or relevant areas.

  • Currently on an Engineering career break of at least 2 years

  • Programme placements will be based on applicants' skills, experience and interests

  • Target Timeframe of Internship: mid-October 2018 through mid-April 2019
