Client Sales Professional (Return to Work)
Are you struggling to get back into work after a lengthy career break? My top tier banking client has a flexible Return to Work scheme aimed at facilitating your return to work after a 2+ year break. This role will enable the smooth transition back into the work place providing confidence, flexibility, training, a career path for anyone who has felt secluded and struggling to get back into the world of Banking.
This role is a chance to play a key part in developing business within their UK Institutional Teams where your previous skills and experience can be utilised after time out. The team covers UK and multinational insurers, pension arrangement of UK corporates, and much more collaborating with other functions to achieve net sales and revenue targets.
At the same time as delivering sales, you’ll provide clear management information. That means contributing to reporting while observing policy and procedures. You’ll also have the opportunity to recommend improvements to the way they work.
Ideally, previous to your career break, you would have worked within institutional sales with a proven track record in Financial Services/Insurance or Business Development within a marketplace. My client will support you in refining your skillset to suit the requirements of the job/ current market conditions.
As my client understands the difficulty of the logistics with returning to work, there will of course be flexible working arrangements to help facilitate this transition back into working. This will be an initial 6 months contract with a view to go permanent.
