Essex EPA Hub Manager
We are seeking to engage a highly motivated, proactive and efficient individual to help us establish an Apprenticeship END-Point Assessment Hub in Essex.
This is great opportunity to work collaboratively with Essex Further education Colleges/training providers and their employer partners linking End Point Assessment (EPA) delivery to designated EPA Organisations.
The EPA Hub Manager will identify and organise the EPA requirements for Apprenticeship Standards delivered by the hub’s provider consortium, as well as maximising opportunities for the consortium’s providers to deliver EPA for other providers and employers. The role will provide a direct link to the consortium’s identified EPAOs / Awarding Bodies (AOs), ensuring sufficient assessor and venue capacity to meet the consortium’s and hub’s EPA demands.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A good understanding of Apprenticeship Standards and Traineeships including the funding specific to a wide range of sectors is essential.
- Qualified to Level 4 or higher and hold GCSE Maths and English Level 2 or equivalent.
- A minimum of 4 years industrial experience or experience within a College within the area of work-based learning is also required.
- The ability to work independently to manage the HUB operations and resources is also key as is having exceptional communication and influencing skills, a focus on attention to detail and be able to deliver excellent customer service.
The post is full time, and subject to the terms and conditions of ESS Ltd. It is a requirement to work flexibly to accommodate EPA activity.
