JOB TITLE: Senior Care Assistant (Residential)

SALARY & BENEFITS: £8.83 per hour (Night enhancements are paid at 10% of hourly rate) + excellent benefits & Training (28 days holiday including bank holidays,Pension scheme,Child Care Vouchers,Bike to work scheme)

WORKING HOURS: Full time and part time hours available. Day and night shifts required

THE ROLE: Senior Care Assistant (Residential) -High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

My client is looking for kind, motivated individuals who want to make a positive difference to the Home and the lives of our residents. They require senior carers that can work with and develop an ambitious growth plan.
As a Senior Care Assistant you will ensure that services are provided that respect the choice, dignity and rights of individuals. . You will work as part of a team, providing physical, emotional, spiritual and social support to service users within the scheme to encourage them to achieve maximum independence where possible. We invest heavily in your training, promote a strong teamwork ethic and make sure that you have the support and resources you need to reach your potential.

With a flexible approach to work and responsibilities, you will ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in health and Social Care although this is not essential. You will need to play a positive role in ensuring that communications are good between staff and residents.

• Previous experience in a Care role Essential
• Experience with a supervisory role within a health care setting would be an advantage
• Relevant Care qualifications (NVQ, diploma, etc.) desirable
• Car driver desirable but not essential
