Recruit a Teacher, working in partnership with their client school, is seeking to appoint a well-qualified, motivated and innovative MFL teacher who is committed to raising achievement and who has the capacity to make a real contribution to the work of a supportive and continually improving school. The successful candidate will be a Spanish specialist up to GCSE with the ability to teach French to KS3. This MFL teaching position is full time and is for an immediate start continuing on to the end of the academic year in the first instance.

Our client school is an 11-18 non-selective co-ed school in Teddington and is a very successful, heavily oversubscribed community comprehensive school, located in pleasant surroundings on the banks of the River Thames. The school is a progressive and vibrant learning community that focuses on raising the aspirations and releasing the potential of every young person in their care. The school moved into a state of the art building in 2010 and opened their new Sixth Form in September 2014 in its own new building in front of the school. The successful applicant will be joining the school at a very exciting time. The school continues to raise its standards at both GCSE and A Level and remains a very popular local community comprehensive school

To be considered for this Spanish and French teaching job in Teddington, you will need to;
* have QTS
* be UK trained or have experience teaching in the UK
* possess excellent teaching skills and an ability to lead classes with pace and sufficient challenge
* have the ability to teach across the age and ability level at KS3 and KS4
* have the charisma, enthusiasm and personality to motivate students
* ability to teach Spanish to KS4 and French to KS3
* understand the school's academic standing and have a sincere commitment to sharing long-term aims.
