A superb opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Sales Accounts Administrator to work for an established organisation based in South Doncaster (near Bawtry). You will be responsible for providing highly effective communication and accounts administrative support, ensuring adherence and maintenance of internal procedures and company standard is delivered.

General responsibilities:
" Dealing with all accounting procedures: processing purchase orders onto sage, chasing PO and checking them, invoicing, chasing payments, payment queries
" Support the sales office in day to day admin duties, assisting where necessary
" Processing customer orders and quotations
" Dealing with customer queries over the telephone or by email
" Log analysis report- sending reports to engineers

The ideal candidate:
" Previous experience working within an administration environment is essential.
" Must be IT literate and have excellent communication skills.
" Working knowledge of sage line 50
" Ability to work under pressure and within timescales
" Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages - Microsoft Word is a key requirement

Hours =- This is a Part time role 3 days per week, maybe look at 4 days.
Salary - £17500k pro rata (£9.00 per hour) rising to £18k + pro rata after 6 months
Location - South Doncaster (near Bawtry).

Ideally looking for a good all -rounder who has excellent communication and organisation skills. You must be proficient on IT systems and able to pick things up easily. You must be confident and have previous relevant experience. You must also be local to the area ideally.
