Lighting Sales Executive
A. C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd. is one of the Worlds leading distributors of professional lighting, audio, rigging and video equipment. Through our offices in High Wycombe and Leeds we supply the concert, theatre, stage, film, television, corporate, retail, leisure, educational and associated industries in over 80 countries world-wide.
Based in our High Wycombe office, the Lighting Sales Executive will deal with our UK customers.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Enhancing our customers’ experience with us
- Exceeding customer expectations by delivering a service second to none
- Visiting new and existing customers and suppliers in the UK
- Communicating with customers and suppliers via telephone and email
- Preparing quotes for customers
- Advising on equipment choice based on customer requirements
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure deadlines are met
- Ordering products from manufacturers
This role will also include attendance at trade shows and assisting other departments as required.
- Previous experience in the entertainment lighting industry, preferably within a lighting sales role
- In-depth knowledge of entertainment lighting
- Able to manage your own time and prioritise workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Excellent team working skills.
