Maternity cover - Administrator position York/Selby area

Your new company
You will be working in the education sector on a maternity cover, up to 12 months. This will be a part time position 2 days per week, Thursdays and Fridays, term time only.

Your new role
Your new role will include;
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Signing them in and directing them
- Answer telephone calls and emails
- Booking meetings and meeting rooms
- Filing, scanning and photocopying
- Ensuring the area is clean and tidy at all times

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need previous administration/PA experience. You must have excellent coordination skills and organisational skills and be confident in adapting quickly. You will need to have good IT skills including MS Word, Outlook & Excel.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get paid weekly on a Friday providing we get your timesheet in on time. You will get a dedicated consultant who will assist you throughout
