Our client who is based within the higher education sector, have a temporary Part time role for an Administrator. Based on 21 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday 9am - 5pm. This role is in the West End of Glasgow with a pay rate of £9.00 per hour.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Room bookings
- Preparing, collating and distributing agenda and papers, including confidential material, for each meeting; Prepare the Minutes and reports
- Administrative support for student appeals
- Acknowledging appeals, arranging student appeal hearings and preliminary disposals, collation and circulation of confidential appeal paperwork to committee members, corresponding with students and Assessors for appeals
- Database maintenance
- Manage student appeal records - database and files (hard copy and electronic) including the archiving of files.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Excellent organisational skills including experience of organising large-scale meetings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written)
- Deal with confidential data and highly sensitive information.
- High degree of responsibility and personal initiative, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure, to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent IT skills with experience in using all of the following: word processing; databases; spreadsheets; Web; and e-mail.
- High level of accuracy and good attention to detail
