A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part time Customer Service Administrator to join a fantastic & expanding company right in the centre of Leamington Spa. Our client is seeking a confident and adaptable Customer Service Administrator to support the existing team in a fast paced environment.

This is a permanent, part time position. Full in house training & support will be provided to the successful candidate.

Main role will involve -
*Loan underwriting (training provided)
*Maintaining a database with Customer Details & requirements.
*Various excel related tasks.
*Administration of customer database.
*Dealing with customer queries by telephone & email.
*Support customers to find appropriate resolutions to any payment queries or issues.
*Dealing with accounts in arrears.

Successful candidates -
*Must be passionate about providing a great customer experience.
*Knowledge of DPA, ML, TCF & FCA is desirable**
*Knowledge of credit risk policies is desirable
*Great attention to detail.
*Confident and clear telephone manner.
*Strong knowledge of MS Office
*Be self motivated.

** Data protection act, Money Laundering, Treating customers fairly, financial conduct authority

Hours of work for this role are very flexible - must be able to work some Saturday's and a couple of 4 hour shifts during the week.

Salary is £18,000 per annum on a pro-rata basis
