We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist / Administrator to join our Head Office team based in Lincoln.

This key role provides vital support to our daily operation. Duties include:

Based on reception – greeting visitors and taking calls

Providing a first point of contact for internal and external customers

*
Dealing with enquiries effectively and efficiently

*
Preparing training documentation and assisting with inductions

*
Filing, scanning and photocopying

*
Processing information onto various computerised systems

*
Supporting the day to day running of the branch

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisation skills together with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.

Effective and confident communication skills are required in order to work under pressure in a fast paced, reactive environment.

Hours of work: 09:00am to 4.00pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday
