We have superb opportunity available for 2 Chef De Partie's to join our team.
Our Head Chef creates menus that reflect the seasons; he uses local award-winning produce for all meals, from our hearty Yorkshire breakfast, through lovely lunch options to an extensive and delicious evening menu by using local suppliers to create these seasonal menus that showcase the best of local produce.
Chef De Partie, someone who can offer 4 star+ service.
The ideal candidate will have passion, enthusiasm and initiative to work in a fast paced environment in a well-known company.
As Chef De Partie you will be responsible for following Kitchen Health & Safety procedures and to ensure that guest expectations are met and where possible exceeded. You will be responsible for assisting the head Chef and Sous Chef in overseeing aspects of a busy kitchen.
You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work on own initiative.
The position is a Full time contract working 5 days over 7, 40 hours per week, however more hours may be required according to the needs of the business.
