This part time position has arisen due to the need to cover maternity leave for 6 months.

Location: Birkenhead

Pay rate: £7.83/hour

Hours: 16

Responsibilities:

* Welcome customers and provide great customer service experience
* Have a strong knowledge of Store's offers and products
* Working to and following the customer excellence framework to make sure you are delivering a great personalised customer service/experience in store
* Working to store targets
* Using in store systems and working to processes
* Taking ownership of what you do and making sure the Store operates effectively

The ideal candidate would have:

* Previous experience in retail / customer service roles
* A passion for technology and gadgets
* Great communication skills
* Ability to deal with various queries
* Great personality and have good availability / flexibility
