I am currently recruiting for a really exciting front of house reception role based in the heart of Glasgow city centre. This position is permanent and will run on a part time for two days a week between the hours of 8-6 Thursday & Friday. We are ideally looking for someone with previous reception/admin experience, an individual who is well-presented, articulate with strong communication skills.

As with any reception position the bulk of your day is spent liaising with clients & visitors both over the phone and face to face, however the general administrative aspects of the role will include

- Answer telephones and direct calls
- Monitor staff/visitor log in
- Data input for various departments
- Preparation of meeting room teas\coffees
- Communicate messages to staff
- General typing when required
- Co-ordination of deliveries
