We are currently recruiting for an experience business-to-business Telesales Executive to join a prestigious company based in Middlesbrough.

We are looking for candidates with experience in the field to work either Part-Time hours as a job share or Full Time, Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00. If Part-Time, these hours can be flexible to suit the right person. This position is temporary but has a strong likelihood of going permanent after 12 weeks.

In return you will receive generous basic salary of £8 per hour, with Full-Time OTE around £25,000, uncapped commission, growth incentive scheme, performance incentives and other benefits.

Working as part of a well-established team in a business to business sales environment you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sales pipeline of opportunity from new, lapsed and current customers.
Day-to-day the Business Development Executive will be responsible for duties including:
- Outbound B2B lead generation and sales prospecting
- Actively scheduling appointments and building intelligence on sales prospects
- Making outbound calls for data cleansing and updating the system accordingly
- Making calls to follow up on marketing campaigns
- Analysing prospective clients to assess their needs and suitability
- Managing your own workload in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Working to strict KPIs
- Building a portfolio of clients and opportunity
- Updating the database and administration as needed
- Other duties as required

Candidates should have previous experience in a similar Telesales role. Experience generating sales leads in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

Skills and experience required for the Business Development/Telesales Executive
- Previous experience working in Business to Business telesales/telemarketing
- Good telephone manner and confident developing relationships over the phone
- Knowledge of the manufacturing/industrial sector is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Target-driven with a proven track record of working to KPIs successfully
- Good attention to detail and a good level of computer literacy
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other platforms to gather intelligence
- Mature attitude with good decision-making skills
