Office Manager and PA – Part Time * 20 hours per week over 4 or 5 days * Hampton Wick, Kingston * Permanent * £23,500 pro rata (£12,5000 p.a.) + 20 days holiday *

Part time Office Manager and PA is required for a very successful award winning company who have their head office in Hampton Wick, Kingston.

This is a great role where they are looking for an experienced Office Manager and PA to work 20 hours over 4 or 5 days per week.

Your duties as Office Manager and PA will be:

- Supporting the Managing Director and 4 team members with travel bookings, car hire, expenses and general filing;
- Petty cash management;
- Office Management – organising & managing cleaners, tradesmen, office supplies, telecoms, fire & security alarm company, waste company, insurance, utilities, private health, mobile phones;
- General administration;
- Support with Marketing – liaising with web / brochure designer
- Liaising with outsourced accountancy firm;
- Producing end of month Reports and Commission Statements
- Organising office supplies such as Stationery, Tea, Coffee etc
- Maintaining Holiday/Sickness rotas;
- Developing new systems for growing office where necessary

We are looking for someone with strong MS Word and Excel skills who is very personable, down to earth and professional.
