Salary £26,000 fte (£20,800 part time equivalent), 25 days paid holiday + public holidays (pro-rata). Matched contribution pension scheme up to 5% of salary

Safeline is a Warwickshire based, leading specialist sexual abuse charity. We help women, men, young people & children who have been abused to rebuild their lives; we protect those at risk and we find ways to prevent abuse from ever happening. We have been protecting and supporting people affected by sexual abuse for over 20 years and we intend to continue this vital work for many years to come because the need for organisations like ours has never been greater.
We are looking to recruit a Clinical Assessments and Services Manager to join our established clinical team who can help us provide an effective counselling service in our new Stratford on Avon offices.
The successful candidate will work 4 days a week, primarily 9am to 5pm and including occasional late shift and Saturday working. They should have a counselling or therapeutic qualification or similar and preferably have experience of managing a team of counsellors. They will report directly to the Head of Clinical Services. There will be some outreach work. This is a part time role of 30 hours (four days) per week. 25 days paid holiday plus public holidays (pro rata).
