Chase and Holland are proud to be working exclusively with a successful business based near Humberside Airport who would like to add an enthusiastic and capable Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk, working 2-3 days per week. You will be a real team player and work within a small, friendly finance team. Responsibilities of the role include:

* Responsible for the full purchase ledger including obtaining authorisation
* Ensuring invoices are coded correctly
* Entering of supplier invoices
* Resolving all invoice discrepancies and queries
* Setting up supplier payments
* Statement reconciliations
* Petty cash reconciliations
* Filing and general accounts administration

The successful candidate will:

* Have relevant experience in a purchase ledger function
* Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Be confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and a team player
* Be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
