I have a fantastic opportunity available for a part time Sales Administrator to join a small family run business in Yeovil.

This is an ongoing temporary role and and requires someone who is highly organised, has a welcoming and professional telephone manner, the ability to prioritise workload and is experienced using SAGE 50 and computer systems. The role is in an industrial environment so you must be happy to work in this type of environment.

Job duties:

* Answering the telephone in a professional manner
* Issuing delivery notes
* Processing orders using Sage 50
* Uploading stock and stock descriptions using SAGE 50
* Updating stock levels
* Booking couriers for delivery's and collections
* Logging email orders and keeping the inbox up together and tidy
* General admin duties
* General housekeeping duties to ensure the office is kept clean and tidy

My client is looking for someone who has a 'muck in' type of attitude and wants to be part of a team.

Hours & Pay:

The hours of this role are Monday-Friday 9am-2.30pm with an hour for lunch and the pay will be £9ph
