We have just had this amazing role come in for a Training Coordinator.
The main aim of the role is to source and arrange training for employees as well as support the business with general administrative tasks.
The office is based just outside of Swindon, so it is beneficial to have your own transport.
-Respond to training enquiries
-Book training courses and update the internal training database/matrix on completion of courses
-Use the training database to monitor upcoming course expiry dates
-Update client training databases as required
-Send joining instructions to course delegates, monitor attendance and ensure course completion as well as coordinate the payment of invoices
-Build relationships with training providers
-Liaise with the management team to identify future training requirements
-General administration duties to support the needs of the business
-Proactive and professional approach with a thorough attention to detail
-Strong administration and organisational skills
-Ability to work as part of a team with good communication skills
-Competent in using IT packages (Word, Excel etc.)
Previous experience with training would be advantageous but not essential.
The role is Temp - Perm, so you would have the opportunity to go permanent with the business.
