Job Introduction:
The role is planned to be a part time role, approximately 3 days a week to administer and assist with the management of the Group’s global insurance programme supporting the interface between WLT and primary insurance providers (Marsh) and supporting an effective insurance service to colleagues and business units.
The role incorporates a high level of interaction with operational business units around the world, providing guidance, advice and information relating to the management of risk and administration of insurance cover. As required the role will also perform initial screening of Insurance elements in RFP’s and to develop internal knowledge and best practices around the insurance administration process.

Role Responsibility:
As the insurance administrator you will be providing general Technical Support and advice to business units worldwide, including reviewing the insurance provisions of contracts and acting as first point of contact within the Group Insurance team for day to day insurance queries.
You will be reviewing and distributing insurance documentation, including production and issue of evidence of insurance documents whilst liaising with brokers, insurers and other key suppliers.

You will provide Insurance Renewal Support and assist with the collection of information in preparation for insurance renewals and monitor local insurance policies renewed worldwide, where required.
As part of claims support the successful applicant will monitor incident claims, administration, maintaining and reviewing claims records – requesting information, appointing loss adjusters etc. as appropriate. You will be asked to Verify and reconcile monthly claims bordereau for captive insurance company.

You will be responsible for verifying and processing the payment of insurance invoices and statements of account.

Using your analytical skills you will undertake the production and circulation of monthly claims reports, management information and trending reports as required and analyse of claims costs for agreed areas of business.

The Ideal Candidate:
We require you to have previous experience working within the insurance industry, and with multinational insurance programmes
Working towards a Chartered Insurance or Risk Management qualification would be an advantage but not essential.

You must excellent IT skills specifically in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, have strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
As you will be working with a number of managers and multiple projects at the same time you must be and have experience of being a professional, enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills. Some travel required.
