JS Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a financial services organisation based in Pontefract. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to coordinate office activities, administrate their processes and refine procedures.

The role would suit proactive candidates who are highly organised, have the ability to refine office procedures and demonstrate real attention to detail.

* Undertake project work to refine processes and procedures
* Coordinate office activities
* Make courtesy calls to clients
* Put together and send out client review packs
* Submit information to third parties
* Data entry and transfer
* Ensure compliance with processes and procedures
* Diary management
* General administration duties as required


* Experience in Administration
* Ability to refine and improve office procedures
* Professional communication skills – written and verbal
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Highly organised
* Attention to detail
* Computer literate – knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
