Commercial Administrator required to join a large rail & Civil Engineering contractor, to be based on a multi-million pound projects based in Wembley!This is a permanent position... Now what more can someone ask for?!Salary varies between £23,000-£26,000k p/a Benefits: Career progression Chance to work across a multiple of high profile projects across LondonFree parking on siteRole and Responsibilities Assist the Commercial Team with all admin tasks which will include over looking invoices, processing excel reports and updating databses Complete, print and send out substation timesheetsIssuing period valuations to the Client in accordance with Contract Schedules and timescales requiredCheck hours on operatives timesheets that are submitted weeklyLiaise with subcontractors and site team on a daily basis which may include dealing with any payroll issuesOrder Materials as and when they are required on siteSupport with procurement teamClearing any backlog of work on site that is relevent to your department Helping with any other ad hoc admin across the site Receive and Administer Orders from the Client and to Sub-ContractorsCandidate Requirements:Previous experience working in a similar industry - rail, civil engineering, construction Experience working in the commercial sector - commercial administration, assistant / junior QS levelBe technically strong and efficient user of Microsoft Office Packages inc ExcelGood attention to detail Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
