Business Support Coordinator
Hertford Regional College are looking to recruit a Business Support Coordinator. You will provide administrative support to the Deputy Principal and the Senior Leadership Team at the Ware Campus.
To be successful in this post you will need to have a high level of organisational, analytical and administrative skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with individuals /customer needs/groups at all levels. You will need to have a good level of IT skills, including all Microsoft products but especially word and excel.
Previous experience of working with confidential information, diary management, coordinating with external stakeholders, proof reading and undertaking research is essential. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills.

Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: S4 £19,800 - £20,935 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Annual Leave: 25 days per annum plus bank and public holidays
