Our client in Biggleswade is looking for a part time administrator to support their Sales department.

Previous administrative experience

Good knowledge of MS Office and affinity with other software programmers

Communication skills

Highly organised

Self-motivator

Team player and be able to work well on your own

Confident individual

Job Description

*
Gathering information about customers and prospects

*
Gathering and processing customer data in the available systems

*
Supporting of commercial activities such as processing orders, handling mail and e-mail, warranties and following up on declined web shop orders

*
Returns – Checking, crediting and processing information

*
Consolidation of information recording

*
Responsible for sending statements and invoices out

*
Booking Flights and arranging hotel accommodation

*
Responsible for meeting rooms and refreshments

*
Responsible for the annual leave and sickness schedule of the Internal Sales Team

*
Stationary orders

*
Supporting the Internal Sales Team and the Internal Sales Manager

12 month contract could lead to permanent for the right candidate.
