Talent Acquisition Specialist – Part Time (3 days per week)

About the role

Working with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll define and deliver the new sales recruitment process to attract sales people across all B2B & B2C. Naturally, this means you’ll be partnering with Sales Managers to manage their end-to-end resourcing needs. You’ll have hands-on involvement on everything from vacancy briefing and devising the attraction strategy to CV selection and initial interviews. But you’ll also get involved with a number of projects to revolutionise the way we engage with potential candidates and build on our employer brand. Using social media to drive our talent agenda, delivering employer brand initiatives, and working with the team to implement a new careers site are just some of the exciting initiatives your expertise will have an impact on.

About You

Only the most innovative, proactive talent acquisition specialists will thrive in this role. You’ll become our ‘go to’ expert in this field, so your in-house experience, will need to demonstrate plenty of successful outcomes. We need someone who’s confident in social media channels who can tap into the talent we seek. Someone who can create a positive talent acquisition experience – regardless of whether they’re dealing with hiring managers or candidates. You’re also an exceptional team-player with strong relationship building skills. These combined strengths, along with your superb organisational skills, allow you to juggle changing priorities and deliver to a high standard.
