Job Description:

  • To complete a Business Administration Level 2 Apprenticeship, meeting all required deadlines for the completion of work associated with the qualification
  • Assisting with answering telephone calls and relaying accurate messages
  • Handling initial enquiries in a proficient and timely manner
  • Building relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Updating job files, customer and supplier information
  • Assisting colleagues when required and keeping all colleagues informed of working progress
  • Arranging appointments/visits
  • General administration

  • Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, Internet, databases
