Accounts Administration Assistant
My Client is a well established Industrial company that specialise in supply and hire. The Company is continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrative Assistant to join their friendly team.
As the Accounts Assistant you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager and will be helping with a variety of accounts tasks. This is a very busy department so it is a demanding role.
- Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records e.g. customer and supplier invoices & chasing accounts payable.
- Looking after Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control along with General admin/office duties.
You must have good attention to detail, at least 1 year's experience in Finance Admin, sage experience would be an advantage.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5:00 pm
