Our Motor Vehicle curriculum offer provides a dynamic and exciting working environment in our state of the art facilities at our Broxbourne campus.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to support our learners in developing their knowledge and practical skills in order to become highly employable as motor vehicle technicians and progress further. Your primary roles in the team will be leading and developing learning in the workshop areas and providing technical support. You will have had experience of working with people within a Motor Vehicle learning environment and have demonstrable Motor Vehicle occupational competence in light vehicle maintenance

You should enjoy working with people, have good communication skills, be able to use your own initiative and work efficiently. You will ideally have a vocational qualification to Level 3 in the Automotive Industry and preferably IMI or C&G within Maintenance Trades.

Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £21,565-£22,930 per annum dependent upon qualifications and experience

Annual Leave: 25 days
