I have been approached by a "Good" school in Bury, as they are looking to secure the services of a talented teacher of GERMAN AND FRENCH, on a part time basis, for an immediate start. This supply post is to cover the sickness absence of the current post holder.

The role is on a .8 basis (four full days per week), and covers a timetable of KS3 French, KS3 German and KS4 German. The ability to offer KS4 French would be advantageous as the department has a "team spirit" where they all support each other during exam periods. You must be dedicated and devoted to your vocation - there are lots of clubs and events which run through the department, such as Francais Cafe and Deutsche Kino. Results have been consistently high over the last five years.

To be considered for this role, you MUST:
- Hold a degree, and expert subject knowledge, in your respective subject
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), achieved via recognised route
- Be able to teach both French and German to Key Stage 3 and 4
- Be OUTSTANDING!
- Have strong, confident classroom management abilities
- Be keen, willing and dedicated

Our school is located on excellent road links (M60, M66, M61, A56); is only a short walk away from a local tram station, and, has superb bus links to Bury, Bolton and Manchester. It is accessible to teaching professionals from across the North West.

We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, younger learners and vulnerable adults and we expect all staff and volunteers to share the same commitment. All positions will be subject to enhanced DBS checks, satisfactory references and will be exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974
