We are currently recruiting for a PART TIME Customer Service Administrator based in Mansfield!

This is a customer focused role which requires the candidate to take a pro-active approach in the management of their customer group in line with strategice priorites and objectives. It is essential any re-active response focuses on the needs of the customer and company, with forward planning to ensure resolution communicated in a timely manner.

The post holder will deal with potentially sensitive and private data/information, and liaise with clients and internal staff members to resolve relevant enquiries, delivering a excellent, professional service to all customers.

Responsibilities
• Ensuring all customer queries via all avenues are responded to in a timely manor
• Ensuring correct certification is issued for all schemes
• Ensure all task are completed within the time set to aid the teams and individual objectives set.
• Ensuring the correct correspondence is sent out to all parties
• Ensuring individual reports are maintained daily to be able to provide customer services manager with accurate and update reports.
• To help ensure all agreed processes and procedures are followed.
• General operation administration and customer service duties.
• Undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competence as required from time to time.

• Proficient in MS office packages

Desirable

• Understanding of regulatory requirements and constraints under which the certification bodies operate
• NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services
• Competent in office applications to level 1
