Job Description – Office Junior Assistant (16-24 hrs p/week)

Job Purpose
To assist the accounts manager in maintaining an efficient and accurate payroll and customer liaison function.

Accounts Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To assist the payroll administrator with processing timesheets from tutors by the given deadlines.
2. To use our system to log tutor hours, assist in the preparation of sales invoices and sending them to clients
3. To maintain the integrity of the data on the CRM system.
4. To assist with credit control function, chasing debts, liaising with clients etc.
5. To assist in answering any tutor or client queries in regards to invoices
6. To assist with the reconciliation of payroll invoices and solve any queries
7. To assist with ad-hoc admin tasks.

General Office Tasks:

1. Basic Admin duties – scanning of documents, filing, tidying etc.
2. To send accurate, precise and professional emails in a timely manner.
3. Any other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel)
2. Willingness to learn new systems
3. Attention to detail
4. Happy to work to deadlines
