Our Mansfield based client has an opportunity arise for an Archive Clerk.

As an Archive Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate information of archived files, deeds and documents as well as being responsible for the organisation of the archiving system.

The ideal candidate must have great organisational skills, computer literate and have a keen eye for detail.

Duties include
• Retrieving files, deeds and documents from storage
• Maintaining accurate records of the archive filing system
• Archiving files
• Destruction of files
• Maintenance around the office
• Collection/distribution of post and DX
• Various collections of files and documents from other offices using the firm’s van
• Any other ad hoc duties to assist around the office
• Assist with Fire, Health & Safety
The candidate ideally should have knowledge of the above duties.

A Full Clean UK Driving Licence is required.

Salary dependent upon experience and agreed hours.
