Castle view in Rochdale are currently looking for a reliable person to work within the training and recruitment industry. An immediate start is available

The position

We are looking for a well-mannered and well organised administrator to work with the office consultant to help place candidates through accredited training and then into work.

For the right person the roe will evolve into an interviewing role where you will be involved in interviewing candidates

To apply for this position, you need to have;

  • Office based skills such as word and excel
  • A FULL UK DRIVING LISENCE AND OWN CAR
  • Teamwork and people skills
  • Confidence
  • Admin skills

The role will involve

1. Providing office/Administration support

2. Visiting various courses within the North West and Merseyside areas to collect required Evidence & Candidate ID

3. Training to interview and select candidates face to face

4. Making a high number of Candidate calls to track availability

5. Arranging candidate interviews and follow ups

6. Chasing required ID & Evidence required to complete candidate packs

7. Dealing with general questions and queries

8. Liaising with clients to maintain recruitment accounts

Salary and work times

18,500 per annum

Monday to Friday – Immediate Start
