We are currently seeking a part-time secretary to fulfill a permanent role in Buckingham.

The purpose of the role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to members of the Rural Property and Business Department, and deal with general telephone inquiries.

As the ideal candidate you will possess strong audio typing and customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner. You will work with a high level of accuracy and be able to prioritise in order to work to tight deadlines. You will be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access and able or maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Salary: £11.50 per hour

Hours: 20- 24 hours per week (Flexible over 5 days)

Your own transport is essential due to location
