An opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Receptionist to work Front of House for an organisation that offers serviced office premises within the Cannock area.

This role will involve general reception duties which includes: providing a friendly and offer a warm welcome to visitors, ensuring an excellent level of customer service and attention to detail is delivered throughout the front of house operation, assisting with booking of meeting rooms, operating a busy switchboard, dealing with letter correspondence and some administrative tasks.

This post demands competency, initiative and awareness. Good communication skills, the ability to work as part of a small team and a flexible approach to working hours are all essential in order to meet the needs of the company.

The post is offering part time hours, 12pm until 5pm Monday to Friday

Flexibility is essential on occasions to work 8 – 5 to cover holiday

Pay rate: £8.00 per hour

This position has no end date at present and will be a monthly rolling contract.
